Joseph Saltiel, figlio di Ismaele Saltiel e Aicha Arouch è nato in Grecia a Salonicco il 14 luglio 1909. Coniugato con Renata Arouch. Arrestato a Borgo San Dalmazzo (Cuneo). Deportato nel campo di sterminio di Auschwitz. È sopravvissuto alla Shoah. Joseph Saltiel, son of Ismaele Saltiel and Aicha Arouch. He was born in Greece, in Thessaloniki, on July 14 1909. He was married with Renata Arouch. He was arrested in Borgo San Dalmazzo (Cuneo). He was deported to the extermination camp of Auschwitz. He survived the Shoah.
